- Simplicity of use
- Accuracy in Shifting Gears
- Blue tooth so no wiring to wear out or snag
- Dual battery design allows for batteries to be swapped out if one battery fails
- Price point $800 cheaper than Shimano
- Heavy duty derailleurs that can be shifted under extreme loads (uphill)
- Plan on replacing cassette and front gears to SRAM, the system doesn't work with Shimano gears and chains
Bike shops don't know how to completely adjust the installation
Poor product supply chain distribution by SRAM prevents customers from knowing when the system will arrive ( I waited 4 months)
